At Akira Ramen, we specialize in taking the authentic ramen experience to the next level. First, we offer unique in-house broth that would suit everyones’ taste: Tonkatsu salt, Miso, Shoyu and Vegetable broth. With extra toppings as an option, you can customize your ramen anytime. Second, our thin and curly noodles are made in-house daily.

First time going to this restaurant and I loved it. When you first arrive, they greet you by saying “welcome” in Japanese. The atmosphere was awesome, loved the decoration. The service was also amazing. Best sushi I had, hands down. The seafood is fresh. Only downside, my wife and her brother got the food before me. They were almost done when I got my food. However, we loved this place. Highly recommended.
The ramen at this establishment is truly exceptional, boasting a deeply flavorful broth, impeccably cooked noodles, and a carefully curated selection of fresh toppings that result in a harmonious and deeply satisfying culinary experience.
I stopped through on the way back from DC and I was blown away. I got the vegetarian ramen with 2 eggs and every part of this meal was delightful. Not only was it delicious, but also prompt—they got me in and out in a cool 30 minutes. Quick, fresh, delicious, and nourishing. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ll be back on my next trip into DC!
